Chris May, CPA, MBA
Chris May brings more than 20 years of corporate finance leadership to every engagement. He has served as CFO and senior finance executive for organizations ranging from $5 million startups to $1.7 billion global project portfolios — spanning energy, EPC, manufacturing, private equity, and family office environments.
His career includes building and restructuring finance functions at Chiyoda International Corporation, leading Western Hemisphere financial operations at United Safety, and serving as CFO for a Houston-based single family office managing approximately $250 million in diversified assets. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and holds an MBA from Babson College and a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
